No Cancellation Policy
At Dip N’ Double, every booking is a special event—and we take that seriously! When you reserve a time with us, we block that date off our calendar just for you. That means we’re turning away other guests who may want that same slot.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Need to Reschedule?
We get it—life happens! We’re happy to reschedule your event one time at no extra charge, as long as you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Your new date must be within 30 days of the original booking, and is subject to availability.
For changes within 72 hours of your scheduled event, we’ll do our best to work with you, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
